This whisky is a blend of Stauning's single malt and rye malt whisky, made entirely from malted grains. The name HØST (pronounced “hurst”), meaning “harvest” in Danish , reflects through this whisky the natural beauty of the local environment and the season that provides the Stauning distillery with the essential Danish grains to make this whisky. The HØST is aged in American oak with a touch of port wood. It is a delicate, smooth and balanced whisky perfect for starters as well as experts and has a smooth a fruity flavor profile with floral undertones.

A classic twist on the most famous whiskey cocktail of all time.... the Old Fashioned.
We take inspiration from two of the most common dishes at the table: bread and wine. This Bread & Wine cocktail is based on the rich flavors of rye bread and vanilla in the Stauning HØST whisky, along with the fantastic flavors of forest fruits that the whiskey gets from finishing in selected port casks. - 50ml Stauning HØST Whisky - 5ml Cassis liqueur - 5ml Sugar syrup. Serve it on the rocks in a tumbler.
